EXTRA: I finally got a chance to take a look at the New Choreographed Buzzboard Product and I think at First Glance it makes more sense than anything I've seen in 16-Months. I don't mean to sound like a Cynic but I have felt this way before and I'm reluctant to slap approval just yet.
It Doesn't Solve the past but it may change the Future. I would be Pleasantly Surprised if when a Future New Member pushes the Join Button a Welcome Email was instantly Generated and sent to Both the Sponsor and New Member!

BuzzBot Moves Forward with Major Business Model Changes Members and Customers Can Rejoice in NEW Improved Approach TECHNOLOGY DRIVEN - NOT "HOME-BUSINESS" DRIVEN BuzzBot, our social technology company with a core technology that has game changing potential, has seen its fair share of upsets and obstacles in 2009. Major changes in the business model are being released as an answer to the needed corrective measures to help solidify the company as a leading innovator of social networking technologies. The team behind the technology has worked night and day for the last several months to bring new direction and positive change to a company that just a few short months ago teetered on the edge of going out of business. The key concepts that make BuzzBot unique lie within the approach to social networking. Unlike our predecessors (mySpace, Facebook) that force you to be on their site to use the social networking features, the BuzzBot technologies bring the popular socially interactive features of chat, blogs and comments to every website on the Internet at a simple click of a button. This is unique in the fact that BuzzBot was the first to bring these kinds of technologies to every website on the Internet. Great concept but our initial approach of entering the market by-way-of the home-based business industry proved to be the wrong approach to releasing the BuzzBot technologies. Mistakes made by the corporate team, though honest mistakes, created much upheaval amongst the membership within an industry that is extremely unforgiving. After much discussion, thought and deliberation, the core partnership team has come to some conclusions that they feel are the best solution to solidify the long-term success of the BuzzBot technologies and brand. In order to solidify the technology and stabilize the business, a decision has been made to extract all efforts of infiltrating the industry through a home-based business model. Fear not for those who are looking to create income with the technologies and for those who are current customers (BuzzBoards/Bar/Property) of the BuzzBot product line. We will be explaining the huge benefits of your past support momentarily. From day-one corporate has stated that BuzzBot is first and foremost a technology development company. Today that statement rings more true than ever and the following actions are being initiated immediately to ensure that BuzzBot and our game changing technologies prevail. 1. All associations with any form of affiliate structure will cease immediately. 2. All promotional pages that have any form of education regarding an affiliate program will be directed to the main presentation and sign up page. 3. All product upgrades will be removed from the site. Current product users can maintain their product usage, though no new product sales will be made or offered under the current structure. 4. The BuzzBot platform and technologies will be based solely on a FREE membership business model. In order to address the past issues of customer/affiliate obligations by the company to the membership, the following is being put into place. 1. All BuzzBot properties that are live will remain live unless the member has opted for a refund. These supporters will receive the exposure created from this new approach. No new properties will be offered and no further competition will be created for this exposure. All properties will be made prominent in the Member's Area in a New Property Listing and Search system. 2. Refund requests on any product purchase, including BuzzBot properties will be honored under the following terms: *50% of net corporate profits will be paid to honor refunds on a quarterly basis until such time that all refunds have been paid. *Past due commissions will also be paid to members who were owed a commission from this fund as well. *Funds will be split evenly between members due monies until all debts have been repaid. 3. Current properties will be modified to allow the use of property owner ad code that will be released on the new property platform that is estimated to go live some time in March. Members will be taught how to replace code for those who want to retain 100% of the ad revenue earnings from their property. 4. As of the release of the BuzzBot Property Platform 2.0 and the new ad code system, property tracking and earning calculators will be in place to track ad revenues for those who retain corporate code and a fee of 50% of ad revenues will be retained by corporate for administrative purposes. 5. All BuzzBoard Product Upgrades that have been purchased prior to this change will retain their ability to edit ad code, though no future upgrades to any new customers will be made available at this time. Customer refunds and reimbursements will begin being disbursed starting June 1 and continue every 3 months (quarterly) on the first of each pay month until all funds have been fully repaid. The company will continue its focus on building the BuzzBot platform and improving the technologies behind BuzzBot in order to pursue the original objectives of building an innovative technology driven social networking company and membership. It is our objective to build a company and social network that can compete directly with the likes of Facebook. Our business model to this point has not been allowing us that opportunity and thus this change in our core business structure has become necessary in order to reach our objectives. We do understand that the majority of our current supporters who have a vested interest in one of our products is supporting us with the belief in our technologies and the interest and prospect of reaping the shared rewards of our growth and success. This has not changed as we will continue to support our Property and BuzzBoard customers with a platform that we believe will now become a highly viral community through this new direction. This rock is now being removed so we can turn this company around and begin competing directly with companies like mySpace, Facebook and Twitter. You will Find Below the Main Reason I Requested a Refund on December 4th, 2009. This is a Copy of an Email sent Because of a New Member Sign-Up On My Account from the Buzzbot Corporate Offices. What this meant was in essence, one of My New Member Sign-Ups was approached within 3-Days of the Signing. My Contention is this was an Attempt to Seduce/Hijack my Affiliate Sign-Up and bypass any Commission that would be developed.from my Original Efforts.
