Unfortunately it doesn't work for most people. By that I mean that the attrition at the bottom is too much to contend with. You have to constantly replace (not new sign ups) in order to keep the income coming.
At least that was the way for me and a number of folks that I know that made it all the way to the "Lexus" level.
