Has anyone read this book?

I recently had published by my first book Internet Marketing: How to get a Website that Works for Your Business.

I would be interested if anyone has read the book and was willing to give some feedback. I have had some on the Amazon site but I know it has sold many more copies and I would be interested if there are any further comments.
