Being Financially Free, & Escaping the Rat Race

I got a chance to talk to my sister and my niece on the phone yesterday. I never talked to my sister on the phone before, without trying to sell her something.

My niece is pregnant with her third child. I don’t even know her other two kids. It made me realize that while we are so caught up in our daily grind, life really is passing us by.

When people say, “I am not money-motivated. I got started in my home business to get my time freedom”, it sounds like a cliché.

Now that I am finally out of the rat race, I get it.

  • I dropped out of college.
  • I got kicked out of the military.
  • I have been homeless.
  • I have been in 5 accidents where my car was totaled. I was so tired from chasing the money, that I kept falling asleep behind the wheel. I walked away from the accident all 5 times.
  • I had a mini-stroke at the age of 34, and realized that if I had not changed my health habits, that I was on track to have a massive heart attack.
  • I “invested” $50,000 cash into something that I thought would make me rich. I lost all of my money on that scam without making a dime.
  • I lost my only investment property to foreclosure.
  • I have filed for bankruptcy.

I have failed at everything that I have tried in life, and all the while, I was trying so hard to succeed.

Now that I am finally out of the rat race, it was all worth it.

Much Success,
