I have always said that follow up is the most important part of building a business. To follow up though, you need to be different, make those phone calls, stand out in a crowd. Too often people talk to a prospect and that's it. They don't call them back a 2nd time.
Worse yet, sometimes you meet someone stick them in an autoresponder cause you don't want to pick up the phone. Remember it's about personal relationships, talking to people,, helping them. People are burned out on hype and sales pitches. Reach out and help them, talk to them. IF you just send a bunch of automated emails, most likely you're setting the stage for someone else to sponsor that person.
Follow up but do it personally. Don't hide behind a machine. I have build a good size business ONLINE, but not by automomated emails or anything like that. I've done it by building long term relationships.
