First of all, if a business owner can't get out and spread the word by taking every advantage to talk to people about the business then he just might not make it. Talk to people at the Chamber of Commerce, Leads clubs, The bank, while shopping, etc...
Look for opportunities to share your expertise and others will come to know that you are an expert. Then when they need an expert they just might call you.

But I found out that people really respond to videos. So I was forced to learn. Windows Movie Maker is a free software that comes on all computers and is great for editing your videos before you upload them to youtube. You can even put credits so the last thing that the people see is your website. It works great
