Where can home owners get mortgage help?

This is a urgent note of information for all home owners. I have found one area of the Obama stimulation program that is working and beneficial. It is the home mortgage loan modification program.
The government approved program can provide the following to mortgage holders that are having difficulty paying their loan payment (you do not need to be behind in payments):
- Reduce monthly loan payment.
- Reduce loan interest rate.
- Reduce principal (total amount remaining on loan).
- Eliminate second or third mortgage.
- Develop terms that are more suitable for the owner which allows them to remain in their home.
- Stop foreclosures.
- Stop short sale.
- Stop auction sale.
- Reduce other debt (credit cards) if it meets the overall program.
- The program can be used on rental property also (you do not need to be living in the home you need help with).
If there is anyone that has questions or feels they would not qualify for the program, should contact us. Do not under estimate what this program can do for home owners!!
