YOU GOT TO BE HONE-ABLE!!!

 

What does Michael Jordan, Albert Einstein, and Beethoven all have in common?

ANSWER: They kept sharpening their skills!!!
How many successful people you know cease to keep growing and learning?

Not too many, if any.

So why should you once you reached the top?

The definition of HONE is “to make more acute or effective; improve; perfect” according to dictionary.com.

Just as it is important to be HUNGRY as I mentioned in the previous blog as the first foundational quality of being a leader, you must be HONE-ABLE, sharpening your skills and becoming more knowledgeable everyday.

Having this characteristic will definitely make you limitless, but unfortunately there are characteristics that one should avoid as a leader. In Chris Brady’s book “Launching A Leadership Revolution” he points out some of them and I like to share them on my latest blog

YOU GOT TO BE HUNGRY!!!

 

How HUNGRY are you in order for you to have longevity in your business?

What are you willing to give up in order to achieve success?

Are you unsatisfied with how things are and want to make a change for the better? If so then you have the characteristic of a great leader.

Although there are different levels of leadership, there are 3 foundational qualities that you must have in order to obtain success and get to those levels.

How would you feel if everyone did a research on you on google, and your blog pops up on the first page?

You would feel pretty popular right?

It has gotten to the point to where people know you and if they want information on how to grow their business, or better yet join you in your business without you looking for them, then you will feel like you mastered internet marketing, wouldn’t you?

WHAT YOU CURRENTLY DO EVERYDAY YOU CAN GET PAID FOR

Yes, you read right! What you currently do everyday you can get paid for!
You been doing this since you were able to talk!
You’ve been doing this with friends, family, coworkers and new acquaintances.
As a matter of fact, you probably did it many of times today and you’ll more than likely do it again tomorrow.
The problem is that you’re not getting paid for it.

A lot of us network marketers are very SPAMMY in our approach.

We are so quick to talk about our business that we don’t give our prospects a chance to talk.
