FACT:

Most bills are residual. They come every month.

Usually due on the first.

 

FACT:

97% of the people don't have a residual income.

If they stop working, the money

stops. If they get fired, the bills don't stop coming.

The 97% don't even have at

least (6) months of living expenses saved.

 

FACT:

Your bills are residual. You need a residual

income that EXCEEDS your bills. You need

to live on less than what you earn and save at

least 10%.

 

 ACTION:

Get in control or lose to someone who is!

 

The first of the month ...

For most people it sucks! Right at the end of

the month, they start to get a knot in their stomach,

thinking about having to pay bills on the first. They

have NO EXTRA MONEY and they are

already behind with PAST DUE bills that are waiting

to be paid. Especially people who only see a paycheck

twice a month. THAT'S IT! Twice a month! I can't even

imagine someone saying that they will only pay me twice

in a month. I'd quit before I even got started.

 

But anyway ... It's that time again. The first of the month!

All my bills were already paid more than 10 days ago,

but I know you're probably still looking for money to juggle,

to try and pay yours ... aren't you? Are you scratching your

head right now, trying to figure out who gets paid first?

Did you pay all your bills and now you're broke?

 

----------- THAT REALLY SUCKS! -------------

 Because now you have to try and borrow from your

friends and family members to scrape by

until you hit PAYDAY again. Your friends, they get

tired of you. Your family, they get tired of you. So

now you try those "payday loans.” You know, where

they advance you money on interest and all you need

is a checking account and stuff? But then what happens

when your checking account gets into overdraft and

now you're in trouble with the bank. Then what happens

when you screw up your credit and now NOBODY

TRUSTS YOU and you can't even

borrow a quarter to put in the parking meter!

 

Like I said ... the first of the month ... It sucks for

most people.

 

THE PRESSURE COOKER

I can see the pressure on you right now. Even if

you scrape all the bill money together by the end

of this week or next week, you're still screwed.

Why? Because I guarantee you that by the 15th -

you'll be in the "pressure cooker" all over again,

trying to juggle money to get everybody paid before

they start calling and harassing you about it.

 

Just think ... In the next 2 weeks, half the month

will be over and you'll be in the same spot all

over again, because NOW YOU NEED BILL

MONEY FOR THE FOLLOWING MONTH!

I can see the knot (ulcer) forming in your stomach

right now, from all the stress and pressure of the

disease of "chasing money to pay bills".

 

YOU ARE NOT ALONE

I used to hate that. It's embarrassing. And even

if you're pretty good at getting all your

bills paid ... I really don't think that your life's purpose

is to "chase a constant survival" and just get up

and go to work to pay bills. Is it? I know for a fact

that you would really love to be

able to splurge a little without worrying about

replacing bill money before they come due.

You know ... You see that new iPad or new TV

or whatever, and you want it, but then you realize

that if you buy it, you'll be using bill money and then

you wonder how you're going to replace it fast enough

before the bills come. Right? But think about being

able to have an extra $6,000 cash left over AFTER

ALL THE BILLS ARE PAID --- EVERY MONTH! How

would that make you feel? What could you do? How

much would that free you up? How much could you save?

 

THE FOLLOWING PEOPLE ARE LAUGHING AT

YOU ON THE FIRST OF THE MONTH!

Landlord. Mortgage holder (bank).  Cable company.

Phone company. Electric and gas company.

Water company. Insurance company.  Car note

holder (the bank AGAIN!).

Do I really need to go on? These people CAN'T

WAIT until the first of the month because they have

set themselves up to receive the very thing that you

provide them with every month ...

 

------------------ RESIDUAL INCOME! ------------------

And they don't care if you have a hard time getting

the money. They don't care if your dog died. They

don't care if you were sick. THEY WANT THEIR

MONEY EVERY MONTH - PERIOD! And you can't

even be mad at them. They were smart. They understood

HOW to get wealthy. They are IN THE GAME. You're

not! You chase money to hand over to them, so that they

can put gas in their yachts, their planes and their

$300,000 sports cars. You chase money to hand over

to them, so that they can pay for their summer mansion

in the south of France. You actually tense up and get

scared like a little kid when you don't have their money

on time, because you don't want them TO TAKE AWAY

YOUR PRIVILEGES, i.e. ... PLAYING WITH THEIR STUFF:

Cable, Phone, Etc, etc.

 

If you're NOT looking forward to going through all this

again NEXT MONTH ... Then maybe you need to
