instructions to set up their payment options and how make their own "on
fire" page.
> *Wait until they confirm that their payment options are set up, (follow up with them) THEN..
> Add them to your rotator.
> Use their Comp Plan link until they get their On Fire page set up.
> Use their On Fire page when it is ready
> Advertise using a TRACKING LINK to the ROTATOR LINK.
