Exciting News...

At this moment, the ads that we are clicking on are g****** 3rd party ads. Of course, these are already starting to add up! BUT, come January, when "The Web Your Way" officially launches, we will have the opportunity to click on premium or "Exact Ads" . These ads will pay out up to 2 CENTS/Click!

This is HUGE! If you take a look at the calculator on the main page...you'll see that if you share this with 5 who share this with 5 , down 7 levels, who just click on and view 5 G****** ads/day, your monthly income...are you ready? $41,463.02/month! Not bad for a F'ree, risk free opportunity! Now can you imagine. the same number of folks clicking on Premium ADS??? Folks, I can't stress enough, how important it is to get registered and tell EVERYONE you know now. It goes without saying, that this thing is going to spread like wildfire when we launch globally!

If you have registered and you are outside the US. You can still download "The Bar", set up your Bmail account, and start getting your folks in. The only difference at this time is that you will not be eligible to participate in the comp plan until we launch globally. The target date is around the 15th of January. Good Day and Happy New Year!

I sincerely hope that you all had a very fulfilling 2008 and are looking forward to a very prosperous 2009! I believe we definitely have the right tool at the right time here with "The Web Your Way"!

In order to take full advantage of the op'portunity we have here, we just need to do 2 things:

* Invest the few minutes it takes every day to click on and view 15-20 ads (approx. 5 minutes)
* Share! Tell anyone and everyone that we know who has an internet connection...

Of course I may be a little biased here, but I just can't imagine anyone who wouldn't want to be a part of this. And it's extremely easy to explain...

1) It doesn't cost a thing (Ever)-No Selling, No "Auto Ships", No nothing...
2) "The Bar" basically just sits there and takes up very little space
3) When an Ad pops up that interests you, click on it and get paid.
4) When you sign up someone, they are under you for life. Think about this...you may sign up someone now who downloads the tool bar and does absolutely nothing with it...then some time down the road they decide to give it a try and click on ads...you get paid.
5) You can click ads when ever you want to. There's no "Minimum" requirements to get paid.

Let's not forget about Non-Profit Organizations, clubs, groups...

What a powerful alternative to traditional fund raisers or drives. Folks have a hard enough time just getting by and taking care of their families. There's just "Too much month left at the end of the money" for people to be able to give like they were once able to. Now, comes along, "The Web Your Way", where members can donate nothing more than a few minutes/day clicking on ads that pop on their computer screen. Again, no selling...no buying!

Just food for thought on when you're trying to decide who to tell...

I hope you've already begun to see the massive potential and appeal we have here!

Good Morning Folks,

I want to take this op’portunity to welcome all of our new members and share a little information pertaining to where we are headed with “The Web Your Way”!

Monday evening I had a pretty lengthy conversation with George Thomas of the Bonoto Group, INC., parent of “The Web Your Way”. By the end of the conversation, I was even more impressed and excited about the possibilities for not only the individuals who take part in this, but also for the non-profit organizations.

One thing that really caught my attention was the fact that not only would the non-profits be able to earn on all the ad views from everyone in their organization, but also would receive a dollar for dollar match from the Boloto Group on those that were personally registered by the Organization itself. Considering the effect the economy is having on these organizations and the dwindling amount of funds needed to keep them alive, it goes without saying ‘The Web Your Way” will definitely bring new life and hope to these organizations.

Our conversation then turned to advertising. Right now, they are working hard to bring on additional International Advertising Networks. They are in the process of working with an Advertising Network that will open the doors to an additional 66 countries. It was stated that this could happen within the week or could possibly take until the end of the month. The end result is still the same, many lives are gonna change because of ‘The Web Your Way” and the vision shared by all those involved.

What is and will continue to be appealing to the advertiser is:

Flat rate for PPC…how does 10/cents per click sound compared to 25 cents or $1.00? All advertisers will now be on a level playing field. Not only that, but now thru “The Web Your Way”, advertisers will have the op’portunity to target consumers by demographics, instead of the traditional blind advertising.

One thing that I would like to mention is in regards to something that was passed down to me from my up line that I in turn passed down. The revenue that we earn on A’d views now will remain the same. The thought was that once the doors were opened globally and the premier advertisers were revealed, there would be an increase in Revenue Share for the consumers. Understandably, this is not the case, considering all a’dvertisers will be charged a flat rate.

Folks, this company is set to change the way things are done on the net. I hope you understand and appreciate the o’pportunity and unique position we are in! Can you think of a more powerful concept, where anyone, anywhere can better their lives without having to risk a thing?

First I'd like to say Welcome to all of our new members! It's evident that more and more folks are seeing the huge potential we have here with the Web Your Way!

Next, I'd like to share with you some strategies that I've used to generate well over 100 personal sign-ups into Web Your Way in a little over 3 weeks. Believe me, if I can do it, anyone can do it!

But before I get into that I want to let you know that I am committed to each one of your success! SO, here is my proposal to you. Do you remember looking at the calculator and seeing what the potential earnings would be if you were to just share this with 5 who shared it with 5 who just viewed 5 a'ds/day...down 7 levels? If not, take another look: Total Monthly Earnings...$41,463.02! That being said, I want to help you get AT LEAST 5 and here's how I'm going to do it. I already have my URL http://hbcglobalnetwork.net established in several different locations all over the net and have been seeing a steady flow of traffic and sign-ups because of it as well other resources that I use daily. If you truly want to build YOUR Web Your Way business and like me to assist you, send me your Web Your Way REFERRAL LINK and I will Redirect My URL To your referral link for at least 5 days or until you have received at least 5 sign-ups. All I ask is that you follow up with your sign-ups with the "Welcome E-mail" that I have put together. Again, edit it with YOUR contact details. All I need is your referral link. So, send them to me! Remember, communication and duplication are two of the most important elements in achieving success in The Web Your Way or anything else you are involved in!

Now, back to my strategies...

As I've said, I have managed to register several folks over the last few weeks using nothing but Free methods. One of these methods is utilizing Traffic/Ad Exchanges. The concept with these is fairly simple, you receive views for your a'd by viewing a'ds of others OR (my favorite) SOLO Ads....You Click On Credit Links within Solo E-mails to gain enough credits to send your Solo E-mail. Very important to remember...when signing up for Traffic/Ad Exchanges OR Safelists, always use a secondary e-mail address devoted to these programs only. GMail seems to work best for these.

Here's what I do...

I look for Exchanges that offer a Free upgrade with Solo Ads, Traffic Links...etc for signing up. If the Exchange is somewhat established (Let's say 500 members or more) I immediately set up my Advertising and begin my campaign. If the exchange is new, I may set up a Traffic Link...which is nothing more than a link within the site that folks can click on to gain credits.(Hey, any view you get is a potential prospect!) Then I may wait a while and let the exchange grow, taking a few minutes each day to build my credits, and then begin my solo campaign. I do this with several sites each day, which means I have a constant stream of Ads being sent to potentially 1,000's of folks everyday. This has proven to be a very effective strategy for me...time consuming? Somewhat, but well worth the effort.

If you are interested in promoting this way, here's one that that is offering a free upgrade with Free Solo Ads....

SOLO-ADS-ONLY After you log-in, click on "Advertising" . Look for "Redeem Promo Code" and enter freeads in the box. Then follow the prompts. This site already has 1900 members and is growing. If you'd like to do as I do and have several going at the same time, you'll find many thru the Solo E-mails you receive thru this Site.

Well, that's one of the strategies I use. I hope this proves to be beneficial to you as well!

Good Morning Folks!

I just wanted to send a quick recap on how to utilize "The Bar" to make money as well as remind you about a New Networking Team Build forum for our Members. You can join here: http://thebarthatpays.ning.com . I will be adding a'd samples that you can use for your promotional efforts...hopefully by the weekend!

First, making money with "The Bar"....

There are actually 4 different ways that you can utilize "The Bar" to make money.
First...the bar itself.

You have the option of having "The Bar" automatically display a'ds as you surf the net. Just click on "The Bar" on the far left hand side of the tool bar. In the Drop Down menu you'll see :"Auto View A'ds On/Off" Just click on this 1 time and then refresh your page. Periodically, as you refresh or change pages, the a'ds will display on the left hand side of your screen. Click on the a'ds, look over the page for around 5 seconds and then view the next one. That's all there is to it! MAKE SURE that you are logged into your account before clicking on a'ds or you will not be credited.

Second, My Strategy....(TOOK ME 13 MINUTES THIS MORNING TO VIEW 50 A'DS)
Look up at your tool bar you'll see "Classifieds". Click on the arrow and a drop down menu will appear, There are 9 categories to choose from. Click on the top one, which is "vehicles". On the right hand side of the page you will see 3 "A'ds by ER" view each one of these until you see your "My Money" increase and then move on to the next category. Once you've went thru each of the 9 categories, start all over. I've started doing this and have been getting my 50 clicks in FAST.

3RD-SEARCH....

Just simply make sure you are logged into your account and enter a KeyWord into the search box...choose which engine you'd like to use and hit enter. Again a'ds will display on the left hand side of the screen

4th-BMAIL

After you have logged in to your back office, on the far left hand side of the tool bar you will see "The Bar". When you click on this, you will see a drop down menu. At the top, you will see "The World Your Way". Now Click on this. A page will come up with additional links. Look for Bmail. This is a fr'ee e-mail account with video capabilities. What's so great about this? As you get more and more people on board that set up their fr'ee e-mail account, anytime you send an e-mail to them, an a'd will display somewhere within the message. When this ad is clicked on by anyone in your down line they earn and so do you.

**Remember that duplication begins from the top. We have a fr'ee tool here that can make us all a ton of money for many years to come if we utilize it. I'm sure there are gonna be some with the attitude that if they sponsor enough folks, they won't have to click to make money. The fact of the matter is, that if one feels that way, chances are the majority of their organization feels the same way. If noone's clicking NOONE is earning. As I said above, it took me 13 minutes to view 50 a'ds. Now remember the calculator based on just 5 clicks/day. Now times that by 10. I don't believe I've ever seen a F'ree O'pportunity with the earning potential that we have here with the Web Your Way. Again, we just need to make sure we take advantage of it!**

Well, I guess that's it for now. Ohhh, by the way, for those of you wandering about having more than one account/household. According to the PR at Boloto Group , George Thomas, this is perfectly fine. Just make sure you are logged into the correct account!

Hi Folks,

Hope you all had an awesome weekend and start of a new week. Also hope you are seeing more and more the awesome potential we have here with The Web Your Way. For those of you who are just joining us, Congrats.! You are now at the very beginning of one of the most unique and powerful concepts on the net today. How much you earn is all up to you. Just Click and Share, Click and Share! Just get in the habit of turning your computer on each morning or evening or whenever you have the opportunity and viewing a few ads and then sharing this with others, there is no limit to where you can go with this. Something else to keep in mind is that your spouse can also sign-up under you, as well as children over the age of 13. Speaking of which, My oldest son turns 13 the first part of February, which is a good chance for me to really begin to teach him the value of a dollar... what a rude awakening he will have :)

For those of you who have registered, but not yet downloaded "The Bar", now's the time!. If you need assistance, please let me or your Team Leader know and we'll assist you in any way possible. The point is Get it downloaded and get the word out! Trust me when I say, it's gonna be a whole lot easier building your organization now BEFORE Everyone knows about it... AND The word is spreading fast!

I want to apologize to everyone for the lack of communication on my part. I don't know if you've been keeping up on the situation here in Kentucky over the last week, but let me tell you it's been a rough one. We have not had electricity, phone service, or internet access in over a week, so, please understand and give me a day or 2 to to get back in the swing of things.

To all Bar members,

The current form of advertising you experience when clicking the ER icon from The Bar is titled "training" advertising. This "training" advertising is used to educate all members: to embrace advertising, not avoid it; to teach that time is of value and time spent with advertising means money; and to teach members to choose when and where to experience advertising.

The current ads are titled run of network (meaning non-specific) delivered by third party ad networks. The Ads by ER Exchange was created to benefit these networks by providing an exact science advertising model for them to share with their clients.

Effective immediately the "training" advertisements provided by third party ad networks will be limited to 10 paid interactions per day for each member until the opening of the Ads by ER Exchange. To repeat, this non specific advertising is not our Ads by ER Exact Science advertising.

Ads by ER are demographically specific, content related advertisements designed for each member and the web page they are viewing.

A review of the member calculator at www.getthebar.com from the Tell Friends section will convey the unlimited dollars that are available to each member during the current "training" process.

For example: you only invite 5 friends that join. They only invite 5 friends that join and this continues through 7 invite levels. If each member averages only 5 "training" ads per day, your personal "training" income is $41,463.02… per month!

Upon launch of the Ads by ER Exchange, each member's number of paid advertising experiences will increase substantially over the current "training" limit. Population is exploding at The Bar and it will not be long before membership volume is sufficient to open the Ads by ER Exchange for all ad networks. Ads by ER are the least expensive, most specific form of advertising the world has ever seen. During this "training" moment in history, invite all of your friends before they invite you.

(BELOW) The PR at the Boloto Group (George Thomas) has been very responsive and has shed some light in response to direct questions we have asked concerning the e-mail they sent. SO...without posting every question that was asked of George I want to share with you the response.

Folks, I believe we are standing in the door way of something bigger than we can fathom; being designed for the long-haul and for long-term success! That being said, let's continue to build this thing and lay the foundation for our ultimate goal...Success!

In case you haven't seen them yet, I have added some A'ds that you are welcome to copy and edit any way you wish. You can find them at http://thebarthatpays.ning.com . Just Look for "Ad Copy" at the top!

"...Training ads – our ad exchange www.adsbyer.com – is what is going to run and feed the ads that people see on the Bar. We have the specific demographic data to deliver exact science ads to our members. We have to utilize third party feeds in order to build the membership base so that we can go live with our own AdsbyER site and not be dependent on other people. That is the purpose of these training ads – the number of clicks allowed will increase when we open our exchange



Ads have been back on line –the limit of 10 clicks per IP can effect households with multiple members since everyone is on the same IP address. Again, once our exchange opens we will not be dependent on third party providers.



We are trying to get members to build out their tell friends base and get familiar with clicking the ads that they want to see. That is the purpose of the training ads.


We are also beta testing new 2.0 versions of The Bar for Fire Fox / IE / and introducing a MAC Fire Fox version. We have taken the feedback and have added features that will simplify things even further. We will send out notification to all when these are released shortly...."

For all Bar members, announcing a brand new version of the Bar 2.0 available for IE, FF and FF/MAC users. Visit www.GetTheBar.com to download this latest version. The new Bar 2.0 has many simplified features in addition to reduced browser dependant functions to eliminate the browser speed variations caused by earlier versions. If you are not prompted to automatically update please do the following:

Note: Uninstalling The Bar will not result in any changes to your account or friends totals. That info is stored on our servers and The Bar only displays that information relational to your member id.

Click The Bar logo to display a dropdown - select "uninstall".
The message will pop up: "This will uninstall The Bar. All browser windows will automatically be closed in order to finish this process. Do you wish to continue?" Select: "YES"
Then re-open your browser and go to www.GetTheBar.com
Select "Download The Bar"
In the pop up window select "RUN"
In The Bar set up window click "INSTALL"
The Bar set up will show this message: "In order to install the toolbar properly all browser windows must be closed. Would you like to continue?" Click "YES"
The Bar will then finish installing and you click "OK"
Going forward there will be an "update" button on The Bar when new features are added.
If your new Bar has a green and black logo, you have successfully installed the update. Click login on The Bar, enter your login information, and start making money wherever ...whenever you choose.

ARE YOU READY? If not, Get Ready! The Web Your Way is coming!

Progress is being made and the time we've been waiting for is approaching. According to the PR at the Boloto Group, they are setting up advertising for International Members that should be up early next week! PLUS- " New site with updated look and library of over 30+ videos will help explain everything we do – should be up in about a week".

I don't know about you, but I'm getting more and more excited about what this opportunity is going to represent to so many folks who have never had the chance to reach any level of success! And here we are sitting right dab in the middle of it. We are a part of it and can take full advantage of being the very first to know about it.

For those of you who have registered and have been quietly waiting on the sidelines, don't waste a moment! Make sure you've got "The Bar" installed (New Version Includes Mac Users Too). THEN get your link out in front of as many folks as possible. For those who haven't, start getting your 10 ad views in per day and encourage your folks to do the same. Side Note...

As most of you know by now, I'm a firm believer in free advertising...from blogs to forums to safelists...on and on. I've used these resources to bring in a little over 150 folks into Web Your Way. Not at all boasting, just stating how effective free advertising can be. I look for resources that I feel will generate the most exposure. I look for free advertising packages, such as: solo ads and log-in ads.

Saying that to say this...

I just found one that you may be interested in. The reason I believe that it will generate massive exposure over time is that folks not only earn credits to send their own ads, but also earn cash.
