We are introducing ourselves to your firm as the operators of Absolute African Adventures based in Arusha Tanzania.
We are native Tanzanian safaris and tour operators that have exposed our tourism experience into business, bringing the people to visit East Africa and mostly aiming to help people turn their Africa travel dreams into Reality.
For our Team experience in Tourism Industry as Absolute African Adventures, we have the knowledge of the areas in which we operate.
Our goal is to make people discover the secrets of Africa, our driving force has taken great pride and ability to make us what we are today in providing quality services.
We offer wildlife safaris in the all East Africans National Parks, Game reserves, all East Africa Parks and Game reserves including Unique culture Tourism ,Balloon Safari in both Serengeti and Masai Mara game reserve
We organize Lodges Safaris, Mountain’s Climbing to; Mt. Meru, Mt. Kilimanjaro, Mt. Kenya, Culture tourism, Zanzibar Excursions and Beach holidays, Walking Safaris, Birds watching, Organize Conference, Hotel Booking, Air Ticketing, we are also organize Private Deluxe and Luxury tent safari tours on the following bases:
• Group travels on an individual basis, not mixed with other groups.
• Per group 1 driver / guide and 1 cook.
• We use 4WD Landover or Land cruisers only.
• Customers sleep in classic safaris tent size 2, 80x2, 2.50x2, 15, 2adult per tent.
• Per customers we supply 1 stretcher, bed sheets, pillow, lantern, wash bin.
• Per group we can supply (at additional cost) a shower tent and a toilet tent.
• Camping at established campsites, for special campsites ask our rates.
• Tour prices include:
o Park entry fees.
o Park camping fees.
o Transport 4WD Land rover or Land cruiser.
o Driver /guide and cook.
o All meals (except breakfast on the first day and diner at the last day)
o Drinks (only water one and a half litter per day).
The Private tent service, you will stay close the nature then through this services there are two types of campsites,1.Public campsite, Special campsite request there is additional 20$ a day but there is public campsite.
Additional volume bonus:
We offer an additional volume bonus to agents based on annual realized volume. Annual realized volume is defined as invoiced to and paid by the agent for revenue on safaris.
Hotel bookings and transfers are specially excluded from the realized volume.
Bonus is payable to the agent at the end of the calendar year based on realized volume in the year.
Minimum
Realized volume Volume bonus

US$ 20,000 5.0%
US$ 50,000 10.0%
Reservations.
Reservations for tours are automatically accepted if made more than 60 days before the start of the tour. Within 60 days before the start of the tour reservations can only be accepted at request. Reservations must be made by e-mail message to the following address: info@absoluteafricanadventures.com or xploreplus@gmail.com
Payments.
At reservation: 30% of the total charge.
The remainder no later than 14 days before the start of the safari.
All payments have to be made to our bank account.
Quality assurance.
At the end of each safari we ask our clients to file a Questionnaire.
On the 5 items, quality of the itinerary, guide, cook, accommodation and transport they can give figures from 1 to 10. This form will be mailed to you within 1 week after the end of the safari it will help you to measure the quality of our services to your clients:
