May you live in interesting times...
If you are familiar with this expression, you are probably aware of its double-edged implication."Interesting" has a double meaning, in that it can be good or bad. In fact, it can be both good and bad at the same time. And when it comes to our financial well-being, these are, indeed, interested Times! On one hand, there is more opportunity today than ever before the average person to generate incredible Wealth. The Internet, and the Revolution that is today's Imformation Age, have brought within the reach of everyone all the tools needed to affectively run and market business. These tools make product creation, distribution, marketing, advertising, delivery, joint venturing, research, testing, and feedback easily affordable to one and all. Until a few years ago these business activities required multi- million dollar budgets, and were tightly controlled by a few large corporations. But even as we enjoy all the remarkable achievements and benefits of our times, we also face signifiacant uncertainaty, and economic and financial pressures. Economics all around the World are struggling. Unemployment is High. The Gains we used to count on in our retirement savings, in the stock market and in the value of our homes have been exploded as bubbles; and that is if you were lucky enough to have these in the first place. We can no longer hope for the kind of job security which used to exist in previous generations, when you could find a job, keep it for life, and receive a comfortable pension as your reward for a lifetime's good work. The average person today is in a significant amount of debt, and most of it is of absolutely the worst kind: credit card debt. The bills pile up, and the pressure to provide for yourself and your family increases. If you are fortunate enogh to have a job, you probably find that raises and promotions are too few and far between, and they never quite give you the bump you hoped for, which could finally get you ahead. Your job becomes your lifeline, for better or worse, and you may not have a viable "plan B". You've probably thought about starting your own business, whether to generate a second income, to give you something to fall back on, or to become your ticket to Wealth and Financial Freedom. But the need to keep up with your bills and debt payments, and the lack of free time outside of your job, serve only to keep you locked into it. If you are like most of us, then you may not know where to start, or you may become paralyzed out of concern that you might not succeed right away. In the end, your economic circumstances amount to little more than a trap. You are not really free to live the life you want to...the life you envisioned when you were younger... the life you know you could lead if you only knew the formula others use to create Wealth. Is there really a secret formula just outside of our awareness, which would change everything for us? Is there a solution to the riddle of wealth creation? Something which lets you generate income at will, to bring in as much money as you want, whenever you want? A way to "set it and forget it", which brings in money whether you are actively working on it or not? A way to live a free and rewarding life without being caught up in the traps of a job and endless debt? Well, as you probably know, anyone who says they have a shortcut to Wealth- a way for you to get rich overnight with little or no effort on your part - is practicing the modern-day equivalant of trying to sell you the Brooklyn Bridge . Not such secret exist ..and the bridge is not really for sale. Wealth Creation and achieving personal financial freedom are always the result of effort and application of knowledge. I said, the application of knowledge..So there are some things you need to know in order to create financial freedom. These are the principles which every person who has created self made wealth lives by. They aren't exactly secrets, because these ideas are hiding in plain sight. But if you ask someone with self-made to tell you these secrets, they may not be able to. They may never have thought of them specifically, nor been taught what they are. These wealth -and -freedom -creating principles are not immediately evident to most of us because they tend to be counter -intuitive : they require us to think and act in ways which are opposite of what we would naturally expect. Our brains come with thousands of generations of programming, not all of which is still useful for us today. The things we learned during countless prehistoric generations are still wired-up in our brains, and continue to drive us, despite the fact that our lives are vastly different today. So the things we instinctively believe to be true, aren't necessarily. Often times, the things we find most difficult to achieve are so because we are taking the wrong approach. We do what we think makes sense, what seems right. But it does not get us closer to the goal. This is the case with the guiding principles which are needed to create wealth and to achieve personal freedom. Once you know what these principles are and fully adopt them into your thinking and Actions, you will be in a position to create massive wealth. If you do not integrate them into your daily actions and automatic responses you will not become financially free. Collectively, i call these principles, The Financial Freedom Formula. The Formula is series of 7 mindsets, and their associated actions. No one creates great financial wealth without these principles becoming automatic, instinctual responses within them. Doing so is easier said than done. Because these principles are counter-intuitive, your natural instinct will tend to be the opposite, and you will continue to do the opposite until you have successfully retained yourself to think and act differently. You will have to work at adopting these principles. It is not enough to simply read this discussion and understand it. You need to fully adopt them, live them, and actively work to REVERSE all of your existing programming related to those ideas. I Highlighted the word REVERSE because it is the Key to the whole Financial Freedom Formula. Freedom=R+E+V+E+R+S+E to spell it out for you more precisely, the letters stand for: Resposibility, Exponential Income, Value, Expertise, Reciprocity,Setbacks, and Emotion having now read the names of each of the seven principles, you may think you already have an understanding of what they are and how they work. But remember ...the formula, and all of its elements, are counter-intuitive. Your natural inclinations are in all of these areas, and then rewiring your thinking to act in a New Way!......Victor Courville
