As our life is hectic with lots of stress in the work place as well as at home. Our eating habit is fast food, eating on run, skipping meals, stored and processed food. Our agriculture products contain excessive pesticides. We consume excessive carbohydrate and fat. Our food habit is just the opposite of food pyramid recommended by WHO. We live more on medicine than on food. We have forgotten the fresh fruits and vegetables cultivated without use of pesticide,insecticide and urea. We live in highly populated and polluted area. Our association with all these seems to remain for long. All these cause production of excessive free radicals in our body, which is the main cause of lifestyle diseases like Heart attack, stroke, Alzheimer, Parkinson, Arthritis, Macular degeneration, Wrinkles, Cancer, Diabetes etc.
We provide the solution. Because you cannot change the circumstances, you have to protect your body from all lifestyle diseases. Prevention is better than treatment as well as Cure.
As the sick people constitute less than 7% of the total population in the world, the number of healthy people in the world is very high. Therefore wellness Industry is the next mega trend.
