- At Anchorage Development we identify large commercial property in need of moderate to gut rehab and perform construction work to bring property to a rent up phase. Additionally, we provide state of the art, property management services for our clients from 5 units and up. Lastly, we acquire and sell said projects to other investors after pre-qualification from a series of partner lenders.

- I am a 2001 MBA graduate of New York University Real Estate Studies, with minor in Property Management with over 20 years experience as a Commercial Underwriter for a Major NYC Bank. As a Real Estate Broker my passion has always been to assist communities in forming creative alliances to sustain themselves and provide retirement funding for generations to come. I currently live in St. Thomas U.S. Virgin Islands and have homes in Philadelphia, PA and New York City.

- I am a Rotary International Club member and volunteer with the youths at our local Boys and Girls Club. We are currently in the process of obtaining another 40 unit building which once rehabbed will provide affordable living for people in that community.
