- About Me (We read this!):
- Virtual Assistants1 started out as a “bricks and mortar” company in the mid 90’s with a small construction company called T N T Construction. I had four young children at home at the time and wanted to find ways that I could work without having to leave my home or my children. As I watched the Internet grow I thought to myself, “You can work from anywhere, for anyone and any time zone with the Internet” and Virtual Assistants1 was born. I will admit that in the beginning it was hard to break down the walls with this new concept of doing business, but it was well worth the effort!

- Playing guitar, piano and just taking the best of each day and making it a great day!

According to the American M****** Association more fatal heart
attacks occur at 9 A.M., Monday morning than at any other time
in the week. More first-time heart attacks occur between 8 A.M.
and 10 A.M. on Monday mornings, too. And, according to the
National Institute of Health, more strokes - the number three
cause of death in America - also occur between 8 and 9 in the
morning.
The obvious conclusion? People would rather die than go back
to work.
