I have discovered what doesn’t work, what does work, what is exhausting, but worthwhile. I have discovered something very special in my few years in this industry.

How did this discovery happen?
I am not really too sure. But I do know one thing. I realized that I was spinning my wheels. Over and over again. I was being bombarded with opportunity after opportunity.
I was swimming and getting nowhere.
Then I stopped spinning my wheels and gave some serious thought to what I want to offer the world.
I've worked in many fields, and in each find that I'm the one people come to as a resource and for training. I love to help others and show them to think out of the box. What I realized when I stopped spinning my wheels is that I am good at something. I am good at helping people discover what they are good at, what they have a power to do and possess, and that I love watching others blossom in their own ways.
That is my passion.
How has that helped me in my work? I was able to stop spinning my wheels, take a deep breath, and realize that the success I have or don’t have in this industry all lies in my hands. People join people, not businesses. People buy people, not products. People need people to grow as a team and to grow individually.

According to the American M****** Association more fatal heart
attacks occur at 9 A.M., Monday morning than at any other time
in the week. More first-time heart attacks occur between 8 A.M.
and 10 A.M. on Monday mornings, too. And, according to the
National Institute of Health, more strokes - the number three
cause of death in America - also occur between 8 and 9 in the
morning.
The obvious conclusion? People would rather die than go back
to work.
