- I love to be active and push myself to new levels. I have found that the best way to do that is to feed yourself the food it actually needs to function at it's full capacity. As a personal trainer and martial arts instructor I love to help people reach their goals, no matter how big or small.

- Taekwon-do, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Hiking, Camping, Fishing, Diving.

- Interested in learning new activities or new ways to be better at old ones. I love history and psychology.

cause of death in America - also occur between 8 and 9 in the
morning.
The obvious conclusion? People would rather die than go back
to work.
