It is so simple to do, when a customer places an order I send out a simple thank you card and unlike email the message reaches my customer, I also have started to send out cards to customers on special occasions, Mother day, Fathers day, 4th July, Xmas etc. This personalised link with cards written in my own handwriting is reaping dividends for me.
