Exciting, Timely Fundraiser

With discretionary income dwindling, doners can't afford to give as much as they'd like.. Most charitible organizations are finding their donations are down while their demands are up. This puts us all in an uncomfortable position. At this point, with most of us needing extra income, we have something that benefits everyone in many ways.

Most fundraisers take a lot of time, money and energy and once the event is over, the money stops. Generally it's necessary to work multiple events… Continue

Stocks holding value are those that manufacture our daily needs

Some of the only stocks holding their value are our daily necessities.

Count the number of products you and your family use daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. Soap (face, body, dishes), deodorant, toothpaste, maybe skin and/or face cream, maybe cosmetics and further hair treatment. Laundry, not just the soap but the bleach, spot remove and softener. First aid and medicine cabinet supplies from headache to toothache, colds, sore throats, athletes foot, acne, and more. Cleaning… Continue

Great Day Ellen !!!

According to the American M****** Association more fatal heart attacks occur at 9 A.M., Monday morning than at any other time in the week. More first-time heart attacks occur between 8 A.M. and 10 A.M. on Monday mornings, too.

The obvious conclusion? People would rather die than go back to work.

Currently I am getting ready for the Madison (Wisconsin) Marathon on Sunday May 24, giving my only 18 weeks to be ready.
This week I'll hit 40 miles and next week hit somewhere around 46-48 miles going back and forth till I max out my weekly mileage at about 65.
My goal for the race is to go below 3:20 with a peak goal of 3’15 but after looking at the elevation charts for the course that could be rough. In looking at the times last year would put me 1st in my age division.

Don’t know about a Peak Performance I use USANA because for the purity guarantee. At the level I and a couple of the people I coach and train are at, I can’t take any chances with blood test problems.
