The Mission of New Horizon Coaching Associates is to:

ENRICH- enhance your mind, mood, and outlook towards the expectations and choices, you have and make in life, according to the valuable possessions embraced within the sincerity of your heart.
EDUCATE- help you to discover what control you have in the process of change, as you learn it is by your own actions, and that you are responsible for your achievements and outcome.
EDIFY- inform and encourage you of the strengths, providing you with and unbiased perspective and observation of your personal aspects.
EMPOWER- show you that you have the ability to implement a plan of action that includes all of the steps necessary to achieve the goals that you set to accomplish.

- Glyniel Garner, is the founder of New Horizon Coaching Associates, which is the cutting edge in life design coaching. As a Life Design & Crisis coach, I am a product of overcoming my own life challenges, changes, and struggles that you and many others are going through. I am a Board Certified Biblical Counselor and a Certified Marriage Mentor under the AACC.
I am also the founder of a non-profit organization called L.I.F.E. Enrichment Ministries, which is obligated to serve individuals, couples and families through support, recovery, and study groups along with crisis intervention, personal support counseling, marriage and family enrichment, discipleship, and mentoring.
New Horizon has a close resemblance to architects by developing a strategic plan based on a systematic measure of the quality of life for my clients, and taking a balanced approach to making improvements towards a more structured life, providing direction and creative solutions along with a detailed action plan. In addition, I have an understanding, being conscious and aware of, being sensitive to your situation, and having dealt with the same thoughts, feelings, and experiences that you may have faced in the past or that you are facing today.
As your Life Design & Enrichment coach, I will provide you with direction, guidance, and support in an ongoing partnership designed to help you produce fulfilling results in your personal and/or professional life.
Being a devoted Christian purposed to help you improve your performance and enhance your quality of life as you find yourself in a powerful method for self-change: the power of human relationship.
Trained and graduated from Erickson College International, Vancouver, BC, in Solution-Focused Coaching (SFC) a future oriented, strength based model of communication that holds several key presuppositions from NLP.
People already have all the resources they need, and that symptoms - aches, pains, anxiety, depression, etc. are communication for needed action. I seek to elicit solutions and strategies from you for I believe you are naturally creative and resourceful. My job is to provide support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that you already have within you.
