Hello, you have great perspective and insight. Would it be fair to say that #4 simply means develop a positive group of influence and keep them close to you to motivate and focus yourself? Your points are all well founded, I would encourage you to add step 5… Those who believe greatness is found in all will have greatness live through them when they believe it for themselves. Speak it and it will be true, Live it and it is already true. Action alone is merely managed chaos, living in greatness is action with purpose.
