- To go back to Jamaica and create a scholarship foundation and a trade school for orphaned and abandond children.
- About Me (We read this!):
- Since I was a child I considered myself an entrepreneur, when I was 10 I used to build and repair bikes from spare parts. All the kids in the neighborhood knew where to come if they had a problem with their bikes.
Naturally I graduated to automobiles and always had a side business as well as a regular job.
Although I was always good with my hands, I instinctively knew you could make more money with your brain simply by leveraging your time.
My problem was finding the right opportunity, I tried everything you could think of from 900 numbers to owning and operating my own auto repair shop and everything in between, including Network Marketing. Apart from the repair shop everything else was unsuccessful.
Although the auto repair business was booming, I hated it as my life no longer belonged to me plus the stress of a typical brick and mortar type business along with compliance with OSHA, the Fire Marshal and a whole slew of governmental agencies. I gained weight to the point where my health was in jeopardy, I smoked more than 2 packs of cigarettes a day, I slept less than 5 hours each night. needless to say this lifestyle cost me my marriage.
A good friend of mine gave me a book that changed my life, having read the book I designed my life the way I chose to live it. I sold the business and walked away. My friends thought I had lost my mind.
I reasoned that there must be thousands of people out there living the way I was living, this is where I had my epiphany. I made it my personal mission to expose as many people as possible to the arena of personal development and show folks that you can choose the life you want to live you just have to make that decision, formulate a plan, seek out a mentor who can prove that he or she can take you where you want to go and take targeted, passionate, consistent, daily ACTION!!!
- Activities:
- I am the CEO of my own Network Marketing Corporation specializing in personal development products.
I love cars fast, exotic and unusual.
I truly love what I do and have little time for anything else.
- Interests:
- I am currently single, after two failed marriages I have no intentions of tying the knot ever again. All my life up to this point I have lived with someone and was too busy to figure out who I was and what I really wanted out of my life.
After my last divorce and living alone for the first time I started out trying to find myself, fortunately it didn’t take me long to realize that life was not so much about finding myself as deciding who I wanted to be and then becoming that person.
For as long as I can remember I have always been into cars, I remember when I was around ten years old, I could turn my back to the street and tell you what make of car just drove past just by listening to the sound of the engine. My older brother and cousins were auto mechanics and I loved to help out in the garage I wore grease on my clothes like a badge of honor.
To this day I’m still an automobile fanatic, I’m just not crazy about getting dirty anymore. My favorites are Mercedes-Benz, Aston Martin and Bentley.
My favorite sport is football or as you Americans call it, soccer. Now this is my idea of a true world sport, this game is played professionally on every continent in the world with a slightly different style in every country. In my opinion Pele was the greatest player to ever grace the sport. Brazil, Arsenal and Bristol Rovers are the teams I have followed since I was a child.
I also am a huge basket ball and football fan, go Knicks and Giants. Now I’m very big on baseball, the game’s too slow for my taste but if I had to choose between the two New York teams I would go with the Mets.
I am really into self improvement it is my sincere belief that every single adult human being of sane mind has absolute control of his or her destiny. It’s not about what happens to you, it’s how you react to it that counts. It all starts with how you think. Your thoughts control your feelings, your feelings control your actions and your actions control your life. So make the decision to make your life great and go for it.
- Favorite Books:
- When it comes to books I have many favorites I love books that promote the personal power that we all possess such as ‘The Holy Bible’, Prayers That Avail Much’ by Germaine Copeland, ‘The Secret’ by Rhonda Byrne, ‘Anastasia’ by Vladimir Megre, ‘Think and Grow Rich’ by Napolian Hill, ‘The Science of Getting Rich’ by Wallace Wattles, ‘The Millionaire Maker’ by Loral Langemeier and ‘The Secrets of the Millionaire Mind’ by T Harv Eker to name a few.
Creative genius spans all aspects of human endeavor and trading is no exception as a self directed investor my self I have read many books on the subject. ‘Hot Commodities’ by Jim Rogers and ’Soros on Soros, Staying Ahead of the Curve’ by George Soros. These books give you an insight into the thought processes of two individuals who have an uncanny grasp of the fundamentals that drive the markets. In my humble opinion these are two of the greatest trading minds on the planet.
I wish I could tell you that I like classic novels and had some recommendations for you, but my brain is wired a certain way and novels for me are like television, not efficient use of the one commodity we all share equally time.
