- I was born and grew up in the boroughs of NYC. I never understood or appreciated the crowded city lifestyle. I really enjoy being in this rural part of Arkansas, with its lakes, streams, woods, deer, etc.
I am a social psychologist and was involved in market research for food companies for many years.
I have been involved in nutrition for over 30 years. My wife is a massage therapist. Both of us are vegetarians. Our passion is to guide people to improve their health naturally.
Our goal is to build our 10 acre property into a health/wellness retreat.

- I enjoy growing vegetables, meditating and just being in nature.

- I watch a little television. Mostly "Ghost Whisperer", "Jonathan Edward" and "House".
