- Jennifer Tracy is a seasoned staffing executive that has been featured in many publications and won several awards for her staffing knowledge and expertise working for various Fortune 500 Companies. Jennifer started her professional career by being a Food Service Director at ARAMARK Corporation in the Business Dining segment. After seven promotions over four years, Jennifer got the opportunity to move to New York City to start an Hourly Staffing Operation for ARAMARK. Over the next three years Jennifer and her management team built this model from $0 - $11 Million annually in six major metropolitan cities starting with an office in a brownstone in Harlem.
In late 2003, Jennifer was promoted to oversee the College, Professional and Hourly Staffing for ARAMARK Corporation. In this role Jennifer was instrumental in launching a new Employment Brand initiative for the company and was published in a book by Universum on Best Practices in Employment Branding (2005). This project was recognized with an award by the Employment Management Association (EMA) for the work done on Internal Communication and was recognized in 2005 with an ARAMARK Executive Leadership Council Best People Award.
Jennifer has received several awards throughout her career such as the Thurgood Marshall Scholarship Fund Founder's Award, the Emerging Professional award from the Penn State Hotel and Restaurant Society, and an award from the New York State Regional Employment Alliance for her dedication and commitment to a truly diverse workforce. In 2004, Jennifer led her Hourly Team to be recognized as a National Employer Partner with the US Department of Labor. In addition to the many awards, Jennifer has been published in the Wall Street Journal, a book called Finding Keepers written by Steve Pogorzelski and a case study on automating hourly staffing systems with Taleo. Jennifer has spoken at many conferences on staffing including Taleo World and Electronic Recruiting Exchange to name a few.
Jennifer has a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management and a Master's in Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University and has her Professional in Human Resources designation. Jennifer is currently a Board Member of the Penn State Hotel and Restaurant Society, a Board Member of the Women's Leadership Initiative, a Member of the Society of Human Resource Management, a past board member of the Philadelphia Workforce Investment Board.
