IS CSI/NARCTHATCAR A SCAM OR LEGIT? YOU DECIDE..
When it was first described to me, I thought it was. It seemed to me that people were only making money from bringing people in and paying the monthly $25 fee. If that was the case then this would just be another pyramid scheme and eventually just go away like all the other scams.
