- What makes me tick? First and foremost I’m a mother of an inspirational 5 year old boy. I am the CEO of iBidAM.com Pty Ltd, an Advertising & Marketing Company revolutionising the industry for small and medium business. I am also a motivational and topical speaker on the following topics (Business, Networking, Women in Business, Advertising & Marketing, ADD&ADHD children and their future, foster care). Speaking at Exclusive Events such as Infusion Network (global), International Churches Assembly, The Startup Club (National) to name a few. I have also been a Foster Care Parent for the last 4 years, and I am a couple of years away from international adoption from Ethiopia. I have a huge dedication to children and the environment, and I am a very proud organic vegetarian. I also write political letters and campaign for several environmental and human rights charities. I have done humanitarian work overseas in which has changed my life and I am now dedicated to the procurement of building childrens refuge centres here in Australia for our underprivileged kids here at home. I have dedicated 60% of my profits from iBidAM to go directly to this project. So I guess I’m a bit of a Philanthropist and Entrepreneur in my own right. I love getting involved in the community and getting my hands dirty a bit, I’m a Volunteer CFA Firefighter (wildfire and crew leader). I have written a book called Of Dreams and Discoveries which was a collection of reflections and short stories from my youth. Some call me savvy, some call me sassy, I just love being a woman and all that it entails!

My grandfather used to say to me that old saying, if you love your job you’ll never work a day in your life. I am very fortunate to love what I do. When you love what you do an enormous amount of passion and deliverance goes into creating and re-creating what you do. I was inspired to establish iBidAM.com Pty Ltd after a ten year career in marketing & advertising dealing with all forms of cliental. There was one fundamental need amongst our clients which was to cut the costs of their advertising and marketing budgets, but still maximise the coverage to their clients and prospect market. And suppliers were sick of clients pulling out after drawing up several quotes. It was either I quit in frustration of the industry, or I fixed its problems. So I went about successfully creating the largest online database of Australian advertising & marketing services, allowing clients to obtain competitive quotes in one easy application, effectively removing the time consuming and traditional method of ringing around for the best quote. IBidAM.com empowers both advertising and marketing professionals, and small business owners to work smarter and not harder in making the most of their budgeted dollars, and their time. The website has more than 10,000 suppliers including: printers, graphic designers, commercial production companies, radio advertisers, billboard designers, merchandisers, direct mailing services, telemarketing businesses, advertising agencies and more. Clients simply register online for free once with IbidAM.com. Then they can list the advertising or marketing job they require on a comprehensive template, asking all relevant requirements. The relevant suppliers receive an automatic email with the demographics and a link to respond with their quote amount. At the close of the quoting period, the client now has the best quote and is put in contact with the supplier to continue working together. It is up to the supplier to continue to engage in good deals with the client or they will come back to iBidAM. We charge a small commission of 2.5% to the client which was added to the quoted price while still remaining under the client’s budget. Its a great way for people to stay in touch with friends, family and colleagues, and make money doing it.
