On January 1, 2008 I sold my business with sales of 4 million dollars. But, let me be the first to tell you that my success was years upon years of trials and tribulation.
I started my career driving a truck for more than 12 years. In 1986, I wanted a better life for my family and myself. The question was, "What Business?"
Interesting enough, I was approached by a friend who wanted a partner in the screen-printing industry. I knew this was my answer to building a better future. Even though I had to keep my trucking job, but I could do the screen-printing shop on evenings/weekends. With a wife and two sons, I borrowed $1,000.00 and started my life as an entrepreneur.
In 1989 I quit my full time job as a truck driver and devoted my full attention to Ryan Screen Supply. The hours were long and hard, but I spent more time with my family. My dreams were finally coming true.
Anybody can do what I have done. There are no secrets to my success. Work hard, be honest with your customers, and deliver when you say you will.
Stay true to the core values; give exceeding excellent service to the customer and always looking to the future needs of the customer and the company.
I have always had a passion for helping people. Many of my customers would call me and ask a lot of questions on how they can save money and increase their sales. I helped them and they kept buying more of my products as time went on.
Today I use the same philosophy in helping people and their business. My good friend Kyle Downs the owner of Freedom Energy USA a free energy consulting company has convinced me to come out of retirement.
Our Value Add Program is incredible. It is designed to help any company increase sales, save their customers money and make another stream of income for the company as well as the sales staff. What I like most about this is it takes no money out of pocket.
