- I found my purpose and profession as a wellness coach/community health educator, after I went through a journey of a lifestyle change. In 2003, I was weighing over 400 lbs and was dealing with chronic illnesses associated with obesity. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, that was my turning point. I educated myself through internet, on-line trainings, health trainings, and reading. I went on a journey not just to lose weight but to change my entire liftstyle. Over a course of 5 years, I lost over 180lbs. I knew I found my purpose.

- I'm a coalition partner with North Central Health District, in Macon, GA;I'm a member NAFE; I have participate in numerous health events and health fairs; I've done health workshops for churches; works on Self-management of Chronic illness; I've been a guest on radio talk shows and I've been the guest speaker for several events.

- I love reading, writing, gardening, music, traveling, concerts, plays, movies, web surfing and web designing

- I love Bible, spiritual and motivational books. I also love a spicy novel every now and then.
