1. Pick a business with low entry fee something around $40 to $50 per month.
2. Find a mentor that has a proven track record
3. Your business must duplicate or you have nothing
4. Find a proven system that is easy to do and understand
5. And what ever you do don't pay big dollars to be mentored when you can

It kind of blew my mind when I realized the business I am in is not a sales or recruiting business but one where mentoring and teaching are most important.
