- About Me (We read this!):
- This space is dedicated to "Skama Creations", a company that I started 20 yrs ago right out of school. At school, we participated in a project, where we learnt how to use "Mother Earth" in an eco and economically friendly way. My group made jewellery & this begun my design career.
I have studied & have experience in many areas,i.e fashion/costume, natural jewellery making, accessories,interior design/layouts/decor.
I design & make one-of-a-kind jewellery pieces from eco-friendly materials, for events-especially weddings i.e head-pieces,earrings,necklaces,appliques,beading for brides/bridal party.
In the area of fashion, I do fashion consultancy but my love is costume design. I have been a judge for the National Cultural Foundation in Barbados for 5 yrs and would love to be hired to judge more festival & pagents worldwide.
In the area of my jewellery, I have designed for many brides, diplomats,parlimentarians and the one-of-a-kind & Gold award winning piece of earrings made from a fossel, was purchased by The Late Dame Nita Barrow,the first Female Governor General of Barbados.
I have displayed some work I've done in the areas of Event planning(wedding decor), Marstel's Gourmet Preserves, Flower/Fruit arrangements & Jewellery.
I'd like to meet and colaberate with persons who are interested in doing business with my companies, especially in the area of Event Planning for custom-designed weddings, conferences and productions i.e producting carnivals, festivals, pagents, shows.

- To design, arrange,decorate,assemble,tutor,judge or make something every day.
- Interests:
- Vollenteering & helping the Elderly & Children. Singing & learning different forms of dance i.e Salsa, belly dancing,indian etc
Reading, travelling, swimming & socialising(soul-mate seeking).
