I have been in customer service for 23 years and consumer protective services for 15 years. I enjoy showing people how to solve problems and I'm passionate about delighting my clients.

- Active in my local church. Pentecostals of Charlotte, NC Volunteer at Resthome in my community, Enjoy spending plenty of time with my nephews Christopher and Dunson. I read one novel per month and I have an active network of friends that I connect with on a weekly basis. I excercise 4 days per week and fully embrace a healthy lifestyle.
