- I’ve been an independent agent with United First Financial since July of 2007. I purchased the Money Merge Account program in January of 2007. At that time I had a 30 year mortgage with 28 years remaining. The agent that introduced me to the program provided me with an analysis that had me paying the same mortgage in 16.2 years! I was amazed. No refinancing or dramatic changes to my budget. I was sold. Well, after two years on the program I am now at 10.17 years remaining! 4 years of payments basically vanished. After seeing the performance of the Money Merge Account program it was only natural to want to be an agent myself. I wanted my friends and family to have this same opportunity. I am married to my best friend Carlene. We have two wonderful children. Austin, 8 and Layla, 9 months. We live in Chico, CA which is about an hour north of Sacramento. I am also a full time Firefighter with the City of Chico Fire Department. The fire service is a career that allows us to help people in any way imaginable which is very rewarding. My experience with United First Financial is equally rewarding as we are helping people on a financial level. I am blessed to have the opportunity to serve through both of these careers.
