- About Me (We read this!):
- I have been involved in fitness for as long as I can remember. Many, many years ago I was a little cheerleader rooting for the Voorhees Vikings pee wee football team. I continued as a cheerleader thru high school and then began a career as a personal trainer. I spent a few years modeling for a swimwear company and it allowed me to skip college and enjoy traveling the world. Don't be fooled though, it isn't a career path I recommend beyond 4 or 5 years, it is too difficult to live out of a suitcase and call a hotel room "home".
After calling it quits on the modeling career, I was able to settle down and worked as a waitress and personal trainer for a few years. I honestly couldn't believe the extreme differences between those two lifestyles. 10 years ago I made the decision to focus on health and fitness and began participating in the fitness america competitions. The past few years I have added personal coaching to my resume because there are so many talented young women that have nowhere to turn to for advice. I am willing to admit that I am past my ideal age for competing and am happy to pass along my knowledge and experience to those coming up in the sport.
I have always been approached by people involved in the network marketing industry. I knew there were good products, but never really gave the busineses a chance. 2 years ago, I began to research the industry and found that there are some amazing products available. My goal was to introduce a few good products to my clients, friends and family. I now find myself to be an active network marketer. - Activities:
- all athletic activities...running, cycling and swimming for cardio and weight training for strength. I love beach volleyball and tennis too. Movies...I love going to the movies and it doesn't matter whether it is action, comedy or a chic flick...nothing beats pizza and a movie on Friday Night!!!
